AdamEve provides and coordinates business IT services, including support desk services, onsite and remote IT support, field engineer coordination, IT project management, procurement support, site hands coordination, and related consulting or operational services.

Details such as scope, location, schedule, deliverables, pricing, service levels, and project responsibilities should be confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Quotes, Orders, and Project Scope

Quotes and proposals are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Changes to requirements, access, timing, location, hardware availability, user count, vendor dependencies, or technical conditions may affect pricing, schedule, and delivery.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact, billing, site, technical, and project information.
• Give AdamEve and assigned engineers safe and lawful access to required locations and systems.
• Secure approvals, site access, vendor permissions, building access, and user availability.
• Maintain backups, licenses, credentials, and internal approvals needed for the work.
• Review deliverables, reports, and communications in a timely manner.

5. Accounts and User Conduct

Users are responsible for keeping account details accurate and protecting login credentials. You may not misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with systems, copy restricted content, or use AdamEve services for unlawful or harmful purposes.

6. Engineers, Vendors, and Third Parties

AdamEve may coordinate work involving employees, contractors, engineers, vendors, carriers, hosting providers, hardware suppliers, software providers, or customer-appointed third parties. Third-party delays, requirements, access limits, licenses, outages, or decisions may affect delivery.

7. Fees and Payment

Fees, payment timing, taxes, expenses, cancellation terms, and billing details should be stated in the applicable quote, proposal, purchase order, invoice, or written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for approved expenses and third-party costs related to the work.

8. Confidentiality and Information Security

Each party should protect confidential business, technical, pricing, access, and user information received through the service relationship. AdamEve may use reasonable safeguards and expects clients, engineers, and vendors to follow appropriate security practices.

9. Intellectual Property

AdamEve retains rights to its website, brand assets, methods, templates, documentation, know-how, and pre-existing materials. Customer materials remain the customer's property. Project-specific ownership should be confirmed in the applicable written agreement.

10. Service Limitations

AdamEve aims to provide professional, practical, and reliable service, but technology environments can involve unknown conditions, vendor dependencies, access constraints, hardware failures, network issues, security requirements, and third-party systems outside AdamEve control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law and the relevant written agreement, AdamEve is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
